Lesson #3- Reusable Grocery Bags
Reusable or cloth grocery bags are not only good for the environment now they are good for your wallet!! Most grocery stores will credit you $0.05 for every reusable grocery bag that you bring in. These bags are an awesome investment! I have purchased them for under $1.00 at some of my local grocery stores. Give it a try!!
Lesson #2- Printable Coupons
Printable coupons are an awesome way to save money. You can get so many coupons online that you would not normally see in your area. I love using websites that have coupon databases (see some of the links on my blog) because they make it so easy to just click and print what you want.
Most coupon website will only allow you to print 2 coupons from each computer so for maximum savings use multiple computers! You will need to install coupon printer add ons for most sites so please don't use your work computers unless your boss ok's it!!!
Also, keep in mind that unlike the coupons you get in the mail, printable coupons have an added expense. Consider the cost of ink and paper (most sites print 1 coupon per page). Also consider the amount of time it takes to sit in front of the computer to find all of the coupons you want.

Lesson #1- Combine Coupons
If you find stores that will allow you to combine more then one coupon per item you will be able to save so much more! Stores that have rewards cards or in store coupons are often your best bet. So far I have found a couple of stores in my area that will let me combine one store coupon plus one manufactures coupon for the same item.
Target has great printable coupons on their website and if you watch closely you can match them up with manufactures coupons. Raleys Supermarket also offers new printable coupons on their website every week. Raleys offers a new freebie every Friday when you spend $20.00 or more!
It's worth spending a little time to research and find the stores in your area that offers the best chance at savings!
